Let’s Get Started
Open template in psp – press shift + D to duplicate – close off the
original.
Delete –Watermark,Vector 3-7 , Raster 2
Image – canvas size 800 x 800
Raster 3
Selection- Select all- float – defloat
Paste Paper8_FD
Hit invert and delete
Select none
Add Noise 100 %
Vector 2
Selection- Select all- float – defloat
Paste Paper11_FD
Hit invert and delete
Select none
Vector 1
Selection- Select all- float – defloat
Paste Paper10_FD
Hit invert and delete
Select none

Selection- Select all- float – defloat

Bring down the opacity to about 46 (let the rainbow show through)

Add Noise 100%
Open Splatter_FD paste on the bottom of tag use it like a mask
Open Sparkle_FD and resize it95% paste on the on the circle (drag it down)
Open your tube and Select the purple circle and paste your tube in there – First select the circle
Selection- Select all- float – defloat
and then paste your tube, hit invert and delete and select none
bring down the opacity to about 50 %
Open LadyBug1_FDand resize it 50% paste on the right lower and use your deform and rotate a little
Open Butterfly1_FD and resize it 50% paste on the left corner
use your deform tool and rotate it a lil bit to the left,
Open Star1_FD and resize it 60% paste on the lower left corner
use your deform tool and rotate it a lil bit to the left,
Add your Tube
Layers – merge – merge visible
Add a Drop Shadow
New Raster fill with white
Layers – merge – merge visible
I used your font size 28 in color - #8a608c
I add drop shadow to make it stand out a bit more
Add your copyright – layers – merge – merge visible
Crop and resize to your liking.
Save as png or JPEG and we’re done.
